How Earth Day Gratitude Can Combat Depression

Happy Earth Day!🌎 Quarantine has got us a bit dispirited, especially if we’re sitting at home all day.  The outcome of this can cause depression to sneak up on us. How do we avoid this from happening or resolve it? Today, let’s take time out of our quarantined day to appreciate all the earth has to give.

Give thanks to the soil and rain that nourishes our families and friends. Support our hard working bees that help pollinate the flora and make yummy honey. Take today to practice self care and give love to our lovely earth. Gardening or just walking around nature is a great stress and anxiety reliever. 15 minutes in a bit of sun and greenery is all you need to brighten up quarantine.

Below are links to articles to help create gratitude activities and how it can help with depression.
